Here’s how I add value to product design teams:
I am a designer who is also passionate about building design teams. I have shaped a culture of mutual trust, ownership, and curiosity to be the foundation of the team I have build at JumpCloud Opendoor and Cisco. Along with designing competitive user-centric enterprise products, I have played a key role in design operations, data-informed design, expanding the user research practice, and ensuring the design team successfully partners with cross-functional counterparts for cohesive and successful product building.
I am seeking to work with a design team aligned with a clear vision and culture, emphasising trust, respect, partnership, and resilience, to design a product using a human-centric approach that challenges me to apply my strengths of coaching, identifying user insights, collaboration, and adaptability.

At DDS I designed for various clients like Honeywell, Bayer, Eurofins, Lifestyle, DHL, etc. The service designer life was rewarding in various ways. Especially learning how to move with speed yet keep the quality high was a key skill I learned there. One other favourite activity for me was interacting with the clients (”the business people”), pitching them the proposals and getting in their minds and hearts to win projects was a joy!
